Just a painful waste of everyones time.

I placed a small deposit, it has been "pending" since yesterday. They now claim they need a copy of my bank statement, to release it, despite the fact you can see the amount on the account and where it came from. They are not having a copy of my bank statement, it is none of their business. Under no law do I need to provide confidential bank statements for an account I have held for 25 years. Awful. Easily the worst BTC provider I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They couldn't have been happier with me uploading hundreds of pounds to my new account (for a fee, of course). No issues using said funds to buy BTC (again, for a fee of course). Went to send a small amount of BTC to pay for a holding deposit on a second hand car - denied. Extremely Poor All Round

I have had non-stop problems with CoinJar. The initial problem (which still exists) is that I cannot withdraw any of my funds. Every time (on multiple types of devices) I try to add a bank account, it throws up an error message. I reached out to CoinJar, and despite me clearly defining what the issue was, they just kept referring me to the FAQ page on their website. They are always responsive, friendly and have the answers. Just be patient as they are sometimes really busy, if they don't respond straight away it's because they are busy. Very happy with their help.

Account Terminated - No Reason Given

Have been a loyal customer of Coinjar for years but have recently had my account terminated for absolutely no reason. Haven’t violated any terms of service and am possibly suspected of money laundering??! Sorry??? Um….what!??
