Really simple UK based crypto exchange
Really simple UK based crypto exchange. Prompt customer service. Fees aren’t as competitive as the US based ones, would have been good if there was a price tier as oppose to 1% fee to buy and sell. Otherwise I would still recommend Coinjar!

Egregious waste of time
2024-02-22 update: Once someone saw the original review my ticket got a reply and I was finally sent a link to a form to fill. I was told I was meant to receive a notice with the link but for some reason didn't get it. I was then told their engineering team would look at it. Almost a month later I try again, I sent money to CoinJar using bank transfer and buy AVAX as normal... the exact same thing happens. My transaction has been stuck as pending for 24 hours, there's no notification, ...
