Disappointed. Worst Exchange so far!
I have both BTC and USDC on Coinjar that I can’t access or sell. A message comes up saying “contact customer support” but when I do ALL I get is an automated service. Same thing back in early 2021. Why do I have to write a lousy review in order to get things resolved?

Shocking
Used them for a few months seamlessly and now I’m trying to withdraw crypto and throws up error message it’s unable to proceed with request. Messaged customer support to no avail, why let me deposit and then a few moments later tell me I’m unable to withdraw the crypto I’ve purchased, makes no sense whatsoever

Bad customer service
New customer signed up and deposited the funds only to find out there are issues transferring the funds to another wallet or address. Emailed support and called support met with dead silence. Absolutely atrocious service can't wait to withdraw and take my money back.

Lost tokens recovered
I had a transaction go wrong and some tokens were lost. Submitted a support request without much expectation of a positive outcome. Coinjar responded quickly and professionally, The communication was great, the service responsive, and the remedy was not expensive. Within a few days the tokens were returned to my account. Thanks Aran and the engineering team at Coinjar.
