They hold any deposit from FIAT for 7 days before allowing you to access your own cleared funds, avoid if you want to kno more look at their 'reserved balance policy!... Thanks i tried faster payments, however it still flags that amount as reserve balance also...

App crashes, card not working, no suport

Here is the list of issues I have experienced: 1. The mobile app takes about 20 seconds to load. 2. if you press MANAGE CARD - the app crashes. 3. Once I received my card, I could not find where the PIN was, so I had to "reset" to a new PIN. 4. coinjar's prepaid mastercard has a flaw

This is my first time using coinjar's prepaid Mastercard and by using this card I lost my 2000 AUD when I tried to cash out my crypto from CommBank's ATM which actually declined my transaction. The funny thing is their card's daily withdrawal limit is 1000 AUD however coinjar approved the withdrawal of 2000 AUD and deducted crypto from my coinjar account, but the ATM refused the withdrawal saying that my daily withdrawal limit is exceeded. I opened an account on 25 October and deposited some money into the account and bought some crypto with no hassle. As I believed everything was ok I deposited some more money on the 28 October by faster payments. Since then the money has been in pending transactions. They will not let you withdraw your currency from their account for 7 days BUT you can convert your currency to different ones while you wait patiently for a week to pass.. each transaction charged with an INSANE 1% transaction fee!
