Best company for crypto
I have been using Coinjar successfully for about 9 months now. Everything about the service is quick and helpful, from the KYC process to the customer support. They appear to be a very professional company, unlike many other well known names in the crypto industry. Even their crypto card is very useful and actually available. Highly recommended.

Biggest scammers ever. I am now being told I cannot verify my account because I am a US citizen. I need UK or Aus verification. Why did CoinJar not require citizenship when my Australian sponsor created my account??!!! Their responses are cryptic..obscure..and automated. $5000 of Funds in account is zero and we are told that the money was transfered out immediately after deposited... we have no idea how. This app has a very long response time
This app has a very long response time. You input data and it can take an hour for it to take.The final review was in response mode (twirling circle) for 3 hours and I just gave up.Contacted Coinjar and their advice is very poor. They do not appear to know what's going on with own software.Bad software, bad follow up advice. Don't use.

Used CoinJar for over a year now and is by far my favourite crypto exchange app and is ideal for beginners, its not overly complicated like another well known exchange.
