Coinjar staff helped me locate my "lost" XRP
I transferred an amount of XRP over from Coinjar into a Lobstr wallet. It appears that there was an error made in the transaction process (from my end) and the transfer never took place, and it seemed as if I had lost the XRP in the "ether". The Engineering Team and two Coinjar staff worked on the issue and were finally able to retrieve the XLM and return it to my Coinjar account.

2FA reset troubles
Had an issue where I had to reset 2FA due to changing phone and number. Coinjar support assisted promptly a efficiently. Been a user for over 4 years and they haven't missed a beat.
