First had to wait 2 days for them to confirm my ID, first transaction went through ok, although there was some pointless steps needed. Second time I try to send bitcoin I pay with ApplePay and after the payment it said I can’t transfer the money because some moronic rule to say I have to wait 7 days before I can send it out, 3rd and last time I made a bank transfer so I didn’t have to wait the 7 days and have tried twice to make a payment, one was refunded because CoinJar couldn’t be ...

Coinjar as a an exchange are very good,but for customer service are really poor i have a deposit pending for over 2 days have emailed customer services 3 times no reply over 2 days i feel if customer services don't improve i think they will lose a lot of customer me included ticket numbers 299958,299982,299988

Customer service is a meme.
Customer service is a meme. Was great up until suddenly I just couldn't send crypto to external addresses. The reasoning was...its just not allowed as per the 'security team' No further clarification, just some bot level replies from customer service repeating the same thing over and over. Basically to the tune of "nup can't do it sorry"

Moving BTC to external wallet
I set up a new account with CoinJar, I deposited my funds into the account, they asked for some additional verification, they came back fairly quickly, Once I sent them what they required, after my account was already verified they went silent, I wanted to move some of the crypto currency I had bought, into my other wallet to buy some tokens that I cannot get on their exchange and they wont let me move any of my BTC out, even though I paid via transfer and its all cleared and exchange for ...

Try getting your money out of your account - it's a nightmare and I gave up in the end - the assistance they provided was not genuine assistance and just seemed to be aimed at throwing up so many roadblocks that you'd eventually throw in the towel. For good faith to their customers I'd rate them a zero.
