Very poor service
Very poor service, & very stressful experience for a newcomer to the crypto world. Their generic "on hold for verification" for "everything" sometimes taking days to reply. I finally sold my crypto & managed to get my money back & since used another exchange - easier, more friendly in their approach & instant in their processing. The excuse of compliance & govt regulations is a load of rubbish Gail

Hi, Coinjar I really trying to grow as your customer but there are constant regular issues from time to time that are getting annoying. Yesterday I did send some crypto to an external wallet and your receipt says that it has been sent but with provided Transaction ID there is no trace on the blockchain. Can you explain this? coinjar removed my 2 factor security and hackers stole 80k of bitcoin from my account coinjar refused to replace it I contacted coinjar directly on twitter direct message 3 days before the bitcoin was taken and told them i was being hacked they did nothing and removed my 2 factor security from my account giving away my 80k my email was hacked this is why i used twitter direct message to the coinjar team, tried to get a phone call from them they refused then coinjar was tricked to remove ...

Diabolically Low Withdrawal Limits
A limit of £25k per month is madness. Actions speak louder than words, why exactly will they not increase my withdrawal limits asks some strange questions. I've had a more positive reply from them and shall wait and see if things pan out as they have indicated.
