Customer service is great however...
Turn -around times seem too slow. For example I received an email inviting me to fill in this survey after depositing some money before I received an acknowledgment of the deposit itself. Often I have contacted customer service to get a transfer speeded-up -which they do very politely. If I never needed to, this would have been a five star review.
