Absolutely outstanding service on…
Absolutely outstanding service on resolving a banking issue. Coinjar support staff (Grace) was able to locate and return a lost deposit/transaction immediately on request. Given that the bank involved couldn't find the transaction and closed the case without any further checks and refused to investigate. Thank you once again.

They have resolved my issue and awarded the referral bonus. ‘I’ve been in weeks of conversation with their support trying to locate missing referrals that they should have registered in the first place. I’m at the end of my ability to deal with these people that seem only bent on obscuring and deflecting any way other than honouring their obligations. It should not take three weeks, I should not be still dealing with this nightmare of a company’
