Terrible CEX processes make it far too long to set up your account and to get your deposits reviewed. It's a pity as I would have spent a lot more on BTC if the process was more professional

Pending deposit for two weeks, outgoing transaction failed
I researched a few other exchanges like Coinspot, but found that Coinjar has the lowest relative exchange fee. The exchange will screen you when you apply, e.g. providing ID. It can take a few days or more to process a transaction. I suspect this is because the exchange needs to convert funds in their account to Bitcoin so that after the AUD arrives in the Coinjar account, it can be instantly converted to Bitcoin. CoinJar - Great for Newbies. Terrible for Traders.
For people new to BTC the site functionality will work fine for you, especially with their debit card and multiple funding options. The 5 star rating system is hard to be accurate with, as they are great in some areas, terrible in others. Be warned, what is advertised on site currently at 18.05.17, is not what you will receive as a customer, and lost me a sum of money, I made a payment 15 or so hours before the coin buy was needed for XRP and after 15 hours lost all my potential daily ...
