Turnaround time was slow but understandable given the huge spike in BTC price at the time, and my urgent support request was escalated immediately upon contacting CoinJar via Twitter. Once my case was reviewed it was resolved quickly and diligently.

On the positive side Coinjar is generally a good service with a nice user interface. It is simple and easy to use and the support staff are friendly and helpful. On the down side multiple times I've tried to make a transaction after being inactive for a couple of months and my account verification had been deactivated. This meant I couldn't trade when I wanted too. Support did resolve this issue over the period of a week, but it's hard to be comfortable using an exchange where response ...

Overpriced service-Slow transaction-Good customer Service
Transaction should take milli seconds but with coin jar it takes minutes in some situations weeks,adding to that Coinjar does not support ETH and the service they provide is away OVERPRICED. While poloniex and Bitfniex charge 0.15% of buy/sell, coinjar tend to have two different fees for buy and sell plus 1% fee.

processing or verifying deposits from my bank took too long this needs to be sped up my first bank deposit with CoinJar took about 4 days to clear absolutely ridiculous after all what is there to clear the money came from my bank account

My rating is reflective of the issues that Coinjar was having a few weeks ago where it was taking a very long time to get my deposits reviewed in a timely manner. In some cases, I sent requests that simply were not answered. The delays prevented me from trading in BTC and not being able to realise profits, as the delays caused missed opportunities. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. It is now much better with only about a 15min timeframe between receiving my deposit to it ...

Terrible CEX processes make it far too long to set up your account and to get your deposits reviewed. It's a pity as I would have spent a lot more on BTC if the process was more professional
