Service and detail from CoinJar staff …
Service and detail from CoinJar staff is very honest and helpful, however it has been very slow lately, most likely because of the recent huge interest in in cryptocurrencies. Another improvement would be to see how the exchange rate is calculated as it is much higher than the competitors. Overall, I will continue to use CoinJar as I highly trust their services and I know they will improve their promptness over time.

My only query was the length of time that my Proof of Identity was taking to process. It ended up taking 5 business days and it was unclear when the Support Team had any influence in the matter. Support was slow to answer, taking over 24 hours to reply the first time and longer the second time two days later, by which point the Proof of Identity had already been processed.
