Peak volume of support requests or not, two weeks to reply to a ticket about changing an email address on my account is ridiculous. The first reply from the agent was brainless & robotic, it showed he did not even know the features of your own app nor was thinking about my issue in a bigger picture sense to propose a resolution in the first instance. I had a problem with my phone number …

I had a problem with my phone number which was my fault but the support tem did assist in getting the problem sorted. Responses came through in a few hours which was more than what I needed.

Being an online company you never know who your dealing with until you have a problem, I struck a problem and e mailed coinjar as a normal response not emergency, and the response was fast, precise and very professional!
