Simple to use
Review of deposits, before they can be used, is a little slow. Otherwise all is good. CoinJar will continue to be my goto exchange for Bitcoin.

Two things..
Two things... 1. 24 hour delay after BPAY payments received is not on. Nobody else does this. 2. I cannot find out any information about Bitcoin Cash from CoinJar. I am entitled to an equal amount of Bitcoin Cash to my Bitcoin holding but cannot figure out how to retrieve them and where they are/exist.

Ridiculously slow response to support requests...sent one 3 days ago and still no answer. Misleading information in an email when tested isnt actually correct. I honestly couldnt recommend this service to anyone based on my experience
