Have had to open two tickets in the past month and it has taken Coinjar several days to respond. Deposits take far too long and their markup is insane. Do not recommend this service.

Peace of mind with CoinJar …
This whole Bit Coin business is very doggy and with CoinJar I was able to get peace of mind. I made several info requests to the support centre prior to completing my set up and all were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. My requests were also handled in a way that definitely showed me that this is a legit organisation that knows what it is doing. I certainly feel safe with CoinJar.

I found Coinjar to be the easiest way to get onto owning Bitcoin. Easy to set up an account, transfer funds, buy Bitcoin. Rates seem pretty competitive. Its easy to buy and sell, send and receive Bitcoins. Also seems very secure
