Not secure
Asked me for a copy of either my driver's licence or passport, then sent me a message saying I had failed the identity check. Asked for a utility bill. I asked for my driver's licence back. #fail.

Losing Trust Fast
Transferred to a bitcoin wallet two weeks ago and it hasn't been initiated by Coinjar. Two support tickets logged, can't even log back in to find my original ticket either. Lucky I screen shot my support ticket #55665. My brother is also experiencing the same issue. UPDATE: Following my review, Coinjar contacted me and resolved my issue. Apparently my deposit was too small (which defeats the purpose of Bitcoin anyway... I'm testing to see how it all works still) and so it wasn't actioned ...

CoinJar is good but not the best
The site is good. Rate is acceptable but the worst thing is the loss because of the transfer timing you get. Twice Friday morning, I put in money through BPAY or POLI, and it shows up in Monday afternoon. That has clearly put me to behind about 80% of estimated profit both the times. If you want to put money, just don't do it on weekend. Rest of the times, it's fine.

Great company to deal with.
I have had good help from Coinjar as I am Australian but currently living in Spain which was a bit cumbersome with the ID and Chloe and the team were very helpful and got it all sorted out . Had 3 transactions in the last 2 weeks.
