Totally ridiculous customer service…
Totally ridiculous customer service now.I have waited 31 hours for a transfer to be 'reviewed', sent numerous tickets and still no response from anyone. It does say there is a UK cust service working between midnight and 8.30am at the weekend, but saw no sign of it as yet. So have lost 2 days now when I could have been trading with the usdt I wanted transferring 31 hours ago! Hopefully coinjar will see this review and respons ASAP!

Totally ridiculous customer service…
Totally ridiculous customer service now.I have waited 31 hours for a transfer to be 'reviewed', sent numerous tickets and still no response from anyone. It does say there is a UK cust service working between midnight and 8.30am at the weekend, but saw no sign of it as yet. So have lost 2 days now when I could have been trading with the usdt I wanted transferring 31 hours ago! Hopefully coinjar will see this review and respons ASAP!

Coinjar Support Team are always there…
For no reason whatsoever Coinjar closed my account with them. When I asked why they refused to tell me. If they don't want to allow me to have an account with them why did they issue me with a Coinjar Mastercard? I don't know what I should do with it. Probably scrape the ice of my windscreen

Support #332997 9 years as a loyal customer, I supported them through their busy periods, site crashes and clearance delays. But a few minutes ago I received a message that their compliance team has terminated my account permanently and I am told I can never open another account ever again. Why ? Be very careful with this site
Having purchased some crypto on this site, I discovered when I attempted to move it that your first purchase made using a card is frozen for seven days! There was no mention of this at any time during the registration or purchase process, contrary to what they now claim. To get this resolved quickly I deposited more money via bank transfer.
