I had a next day response and attitude service was okay. I can't say it was either helpful or unhelpful as the query I raised was about my Coinjar reward points arriving and all I needed was to be a bit more patient. So by the time my support ticket was answered the rewards had turned up in my account so there was nothing to discuss/solve. Kathy
