Not many issues that aren't quickly …
Not many issues that aren't quickly resolved - very slow processing of payments in and out of coinjar is my complaint?

A little hefty on the fees initially …
A little hefty on the fees initially but you can offset them as you go. You get what you pay for and the service is fast and excellent. I had an account issue recently and everything (multiple steps) was rectified within a couple of hours with timely contact via their support system.

Nothing short of a good experience.
So far I have had nothing short of a good experience with CoinJar. Their support team is attentive and eager to aid when needed. Although, I have had a very good experience with CoinJar, I feel that the BTC selling premium they add to the market value of BTC is too high. My only recommendation is that premium charge to be revised. Overall, CoinJar offer a great product that helps crypto enthusiasts and beginners alike incorporate BTC into everyday life.

Great treatment
Great treatment, lost my google authenticator and submitted a ticket request and got it reset same day which was really fast support. I don't like that exchanging from bitcoin to cash is a 1% fee, then another 1% fee on top if transfering to coinswipe, while transferring from bitcoin to swip is only 1% meaning you can save 1% if you directly transfer from bitcoib to swipe instead of cash than swipe, that is absurd. But overall good app good website and handy coinswipe for fast withdrawals.

The waiting period from bpay purchase …
The waiting period from bpay purchase to actually seeing funds in coinjar is frustrating. Especially as there seems to be no confirmation email, that a purchase is pending, until it arrives. (Unless I've missed something and there is?).
