Withholding my funds
This is the second time in 2 days that Coinjar have witheld my funds. I've answered their security questions and as per the review below me they are not holding my funds. I would not recomend transfering funds to this exchange, they have changed their processes recently and tend to flag every transaction as suspicios. £1000 transaction flagged and now due to their in-house issues i have missed an opportunity to make a trade

absolutely shocking customer service…
absolutely shocking customer service they simply don't exist and do not reply to any emails. I've been using them a while no issues very smooth service until this weekend Sep 2nd. I transferred in some bitcoin £11,000 from a forex broker I withdrew my trading profits from and they are holding it under review I answered their security questions and now they wont reply. I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman if these funds are not released. This is my income and I worked hard for ...

Coinjar is the worse crypto debit card I came a cross, I have used other crypto debit cards previously but I never had such issues I am facing with this card. I tried to make 3 payments so far from this card since I got it few days back, and out of three times, twice (first one and third transaction) got declined despite having fund there and then I had to pay from my another debit card (Barclays bank card) then after 2 minutes, the transactions shows complete when I check the app but it ...

Worst customer service EVER!!
I emailed about 20 times in the last three days. And support isn’t coming back to me. With more than £5,000 in withdrawals they aren’t approving - all just showing “being reviewed”. I have submitted every piece of information required. Revolut released my funds within the hour, coinjar is on day 4. STAY AWAY!! (Ps, I’ve deposited and withdrew more than £500k through their exchange - but still customer service is HORRIFIC)

Been writing so many emails to COINJAR…
Been writing so many emails to COINJAR inrelations about this issues, yet there's always delay after delays not only this has caused so many dramas, serval occasions I have trying to extract my funds out, and yet I haven't had any lucks or anyone to seeks for the right answers, Disappointing is not the right words for it, this is far beyond ridiculous....also the number from supports to call....is not much of help either....can anyone able to give me a directions where to go from here...
