My funds have been held I keep emailing…
My funds have been held I keep emailing doesn’t seem to be getting me anywhere! I keep emailing saying I’m worried about my money and no response. My money was transferred from my binance account on the 10th and still it’s saying it’s being reviewed. I answered the question I told them where the money was from. Once my money is realised I won’t be using CoinJar again

The notable improvement in customer service
The customer service is notably improved from a couple of years back. The knowledge base is so much better which makes dealing with problems so much less stressful. Thankyou. I have had a lot of problems with my coinjar account but that was @ 2 years ago. 100% improvement and less stressful.
