Good Aussie service.Fast transactions. However fees at 0.0005btc per transaction out of coinjar is a little high for day to day stuff. But.. litecoin has no fees so it can be used for smaller things.. All in all, A good exchange

overall great service

overall great service. as I have deposit to cash account then place into bitcoin account then send to where ever it needs to go, all of this incurs a separate charge adding up to 3 separate charges. whilst I realise you are running a business, is there some way to minimise the over all coatings. thankyou John

Vexing enhanced security

The enhanced security in this app is quite disappointing. It gets error most of the times. The SMS-based authentification only works for a short while, then it will stop sending you messages, and you have to go ask the support guys to manually remove the enhanced security, only to have to set it up again.

Amount transferred different from amount approved

There is always a discrepancy between the amount approved for a transfer and the the actual amount transferred from or on the cash account. Not transparent and enjoyable at all.

I should have looked at reviews on other sites before using coinjar. Like others I had a few good trades and the swipe card was fantastic at the start. Then I started to get inconsistencies when trying to load the card, I kept getting told I didn't have the right amount when I clearly did even after refreshing the page a million times, then after making a complaint to support my account was suddenly frozen I couldn't make deposits or withdrawals. After trading on local bitcoin for almost a year they changed their guidelines and asked for more ID than I was comfortable giving to a private organisation so I signed up with coinjar, the sign up process was smooth and my ID was verified with out any issues. Im Australian and I signed up with COINJAR a few years ago. Now, Every time I go back to do a transaction or check my account it takes weeks to re verify The ask me to send pics of my self in various situations, asl me to send many documents, and require me to be continuously phoning to talk to some in there office. Then they ignore me ---and do nothing. Seems they are trying to stretch my patients to the limit Made a mistake choosing this exchange!
