Deposit stuck for a week but resolved.
CoinJar provides a useful service that generally works well. I've had around 6 transfers that went fine and one that didn't. Their support leaves much to be desired. It could be they are overworked (or undermanned) but when my tx got stuck on their system it took about a week to get it resolved, with posting here to kick it along. By that time the btc price had dropped $500; so it did cost me money. This is typical of many btc related services so I have given an average rating. At least it ...

Bitcoin stolen from my coinjar account
I had bitcoin stored in coinjar and my account got hacked and my funds have been stolen. Coinjar will not refund my money and are very unhelpful sorting it out. Do not store your funds with this company!!! The response time and clarity from CoinJar is so slow and they only answer a third of my questions. It is the impossible to get anything completed or communicated. I will be going to the ACCC etc to get my money back.
