NO ACCESS TO MY OWN BTC
Again Worst customer support I have ever experienced. my account is locked for 2 weeks because you cant do your job properly. This why people should use a wallet with Private keys. These guys can lock your account anytime they want with your BTC on it!! ALL THE INFORMATION YOU ASKED FOR IS SUBMITTED! WHY YOU LYING HERE?! IM LOOKING AT THE TICKET AND THE SUPPORT TEAM HASN'T REACHED OUT. ANOTHER LEI!
