Tried to purchase bitcoin
Tried to purchase bitcoin. It took a day for a support individual to reply as my AUD did not come through from my bank account. It's finally deposits into the cash AUD account and it's 'pending'... I question the support individual as to why, he mentions for me to provide further documentation. It's been 3 days and I've watched bitcoin go up a heap. This is no quick service and if you want to invest, i'd go elsewhere.

Nice Idea, Terrible Execution... Unnecessary charges for BPAY
The BPAY Bill feature is costing users significantly more. This is also factoring in rewards. There is no option to use the AUD Cash Wallet, so users are hit with an exchange, and then hit with the buy/sell spread using the sell price for the cryptocurrency. A$41.25 » XRP110 ($41.20) + XRP1.111 TX fee. XRP at sell price is XRP113.4 ($41.25) Approximately 3XRP is needed to be converted to match the original exchange from AUD Wallet, to XRP. Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless. Tried to sign up. Have all I'd stuff. Got email saying please ring and quote 12 digit case number. Rang and supplied details waited 60 seconds transferred to extension 204 no answer sorry mailbox is full *click* ... Tried 4 times. Same result. Are these guys still in business???

I was a loyal customer of 3 years until they decided to make life hard. Sure they have rules about not being able to take deposits from banks not in your own name but for some reason their security team doesnt mind for 23 Deposits, it's only the 24th where the problem will come up and now it will take 10-40 days to get my money back. Whats the point of transferring money…
Whats the point of transferring money through NPP if it still takes hours. I can see that the bank has processed the payment and its sitting in 'pending' at Coinjar. Last time most of my money was sitting in reserve balance and by the time I could take it out, BTC value had gone up. Couldnt move money into my margin account and lost on crucial trade profits.
