Restricted Trading without Evidence
Coinjar provided no evidence or explanation except for "suspicion" to restrict my trading; the references they sent with regards to scams did not mention the company with which I am trading. I gave full explanation that I had researched and was confident I was not being scammed. I was being paid weekly on my investments. I have had to set up another wallet and have taken the matter to Austrac. I am appalled at their ability to hold someone's trading at ransom without sound evidence.

Excellent customer support
CoinJar have excellent customer support. They are very quick to come back to you. I have been with them for years and have always found them to be amazing. Their site is so easy to use, it's just like using a normal bank account.

I tried transferring Zcash out to my personal wallet and it had been nearly 24hrs and I had not received them. Contacted coinjar support team and they immediately identified the issue and reverted back my zcash holdings. Was happy with prompt response and quick turnaround time.

Very dishonest. Threatened to take my coin!
Without any reason CoinJar closed my account and threatened to confiscate all my remaining bitcoin. Here is the email I received... Thank you for getting in touch. Problems from the get go
I Initially joined to purchase XRP. Upon joining I verified myself, provided all the documents etc. I uploaded £10 to my account, and when trying to purchase XRP I constantly got the error "There is insufficient market liquidity to execute your trade.
