Got there in the end
I initially Had issues with Coinjar, however considering the crazy christmas time they were busy and my stress was High .. I initially put a 1 star review, but have now bumped it up after they resolved my issue. Only bit of feedback that I can provide is that they need to reply even if it's with a short message just to allay peoples concerns about particular issues, especially when there are financial factors at hand. Other wise: thank you for resolving my issue.
