Used once successfully and when I needed it again, it didn’t work. I emailed support and got this ‘Our Security Team has reported to us that CoinJar is unable to provide services to your CoinJar account. I'm very sorry about this situation. Support is terrible. I tansfered $190,000 into coinjar, and for some stupid reason it went to a pending status, so i could see it, but could not use it. Support would not answer / fix the problem If they were a serious company they would provide a phone number for people that are desperate for help .. even if they have to wait a long time to get thru... the fact there is not a single office phone number anywhere , is so unprofessional 2 days later and still no response back, and still ...

I have been with coinjar for a couple of weeks now and my only issue I have had is the signing up issue. I provided the relevant docs and then after I had sent my first payment I was required to send more and more documents, which is fair enough but they could have requested all the selfies etc on the initial sign up process instead of dragging it out as bitcoin went up hour by hour.
