Ease-In and Enjoy every level
To be honest, I was actually surprised by the short learning curve and high quality result that was obtained from Cognito Forms. My needs are somewhat limited at the moment, but I have confidence that I will grow into and fully utilize more that Cognito Forms has to offer, over time. Needs to be more.modern
Functionality is really good, but the website and forms are dated. Would be great if they looked more.modern and up to date with competitions.

We had some dilemmas at first
We had some dilemmas at first, due to older operating systems at our client end there were some glitches, but the Cognito customer support was excellent. We're keeping this element on our website! Five Stars all the way.

I find Cognito Forms to be easy to use
I find Cognito Forms to be easy to use. I had a useable form up in 3 hours with no prior experience. With some guidance from Cognito Forms help desk, I was able to put some powerful logic into the form to cut off the registration and put people on a waiting list. I found that the help desk gives a quick responce.

Cognito is the best online form app I have tried
Simply put, Cognito Forms is the best online form app I have tried. Believe me, I have tried many. It is so powerful, you can use it to solicit client data, apply conditional logic, and then merge to any document with additional logic inside the app. No need for webhooks, APIs, etc. But, if you dig webhooks, Cognito does that too. It is so feature rich is it insane.

Great cloud application…
I use many cloud applications and Cognito forms is at the top. Ease of use, great UI and fantastic support! I highly recommend this platform to get all your data and form needs done.
