Needs to be more.modern

We had some dilemmas at first
We had some dilemmas at first, due to older operating systems at our client end there were some glitches, but the Cognito customer support was excellent. We're keeping this element on our website! Five Stars all the way.

I find Cognito Forms to be easy to use
I find Cognito Forms to be easy to use. I had a useable form up in 3 hours with no prior experience. With some guidance from Cognito Forms help desk, I was able to put some powerful logic into the form to cut off the registration and put people on a waiting list. I found that the help desk gives a quick responce.

Great cloud application…
I use many cloud applications and Cognito forms is at the top. Ease of use, great UI and fantastic support! I highly recommend this platform to get all your data and form needs done.

Cognito is the best online form app I have tried
Simply put, Cognito Forms is the best online form app I have tried. Believe me, I have tried many. It is so powerful, you can use it to solicit client data, apply conditional logic, and then merge to any document with additional logic inside the app. No need for webhooks, APIs, etc. But, if you dig webhooks, Cognito does that too. It is so feature rich is it insane.

Fast, easy way of creating the forms I needed
I was looking for a way of creating my own forms with an easy to understand interface. Cognito is great because I am able to create and use the forms that I need all from the free account. I can see there are a couple tools that I would need from a paid account. I think the price is acceptable for my needs. The only issue I would like to see worked on is having more freedom to move the fields around on the form easier.
