What do you like best about Cognito Forms? I most like how customizable forms are - there are ample fonts and styles to choose from and therefore this product does not require special coding in order to approximate brand. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms? The options to analyze data could be more robust, and the spreadsheets of results you can download are at times a bit confusing and require clean up before they can be shared with other team members. Cognito Forms is exactly what I needed
Cognito Forms is exactly what I had been looking for, I just wanted a quick, easy way to make some forms, and this was able to do that and more! I have already recommended the site to a few of my friends and coworkers.

I've tried many online form generators
I've tried many online form generators. Including Wufoo, Cognito is the best! I had the paid verion but someone else manages that website now. I now have the free version for my own use AND to try to show others how to use Cognito. I especially like the service that I've received and the fact that Cognito knows a lot about databases. I like these people and highly recommend the product.

What do you like best about Cognito Forms? Easy to use, drag-and-drop method of creating complicated forms, great support team. I like that Cognito is open to people of multiple levels of computer understanding. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms? Uses a programming language that is not super intuitive, but most situations can be handled without coding. We dislike that there is a storage limit since we use Cognito to collect photos which take up file space. Recommendations to others ...

Cognito Forms has been extremely helpful to gaining valuable and reliable information from customers at the organization that I work at. It is easy to use and appealing to all parties, those filling in the forms and those creating it. When I had a question about the forms a kind employee helped me solve my problem immediately.

Super Easy Even for a Rookie
Easy to create forms with multiple types of fields. I like that you can easily see who has responded. The export feature is great if you want to put it into a spreadsheet to sort the data.
