Robust, flexible and easy to use

LOVE CogitoForms! Small business owner here, found this company, and literally was able to do EVERYTHING I NEEDED! Intake forms? Document signing? Contracts? Order forms? ALL INCLUDED! I've mentioned this company to a few fellow SBO and friends, waiting for them to sign up (AND they offer a GREAT referral bonus that benefits BOTH parties!)
