Cognito Forms is a Godsend.
Awesome free product, no strings. Cognito Forms is intuitive, free, and powerful. Most features are open for all users to use (including common tools that are price-locked by other forms solutions). This includes sending emails to those who completed the form, reminders to yourself, customising the form, loads of submissions (I have no idea what the limit is, but I haven't hit it after heavy usage). I've never had to contact support (the product is that good) so I tried to come up with a ...
