Very satisfied so far

Very satisfied so far. The pricing form is great and very affordable. Other form systems are so much more expensive. Google forms are free but very limited. This hits the nail on the head. Very pleased.

"Intuitive to use and great support team!"

What do you like best about Cognito Forms? Intuitive to use and good documentation for customizing forms What do you dislike about Cognito Forms? Sometimes there is a lag (~20 minutes) when I submit a response in Cognito Forms and when Power Automate is able to retrieve information from Cognito. What problems is Cognito Forms solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping my department automate processes between members of our team.

We knew what we were missing - a form that really worked!

I was recruited to be a website coordinator for a regional art club. Google forms had been letting the group down, off and on, for months. We relied on that form to immediately inform us of new members, their contact and artistic information and their dues. As we grew tired of creating a "work-around", I started to look other places. Overall we think the program is great

Overall we think the program is great! There are a few tweaks that could make it better though. When creating a PDF copy of a form's responses we would love to see the images that were attached. The use of the multi-data table is what drew us to this program initially. This tool is exactly what we needed!

My nonprofit just discovered and fell in love with Cognito Forms. We are planning a larger international conference in Kenya, and we were looking for a cost effective way to manage registrations with conditional response options, manage payments in multiple currencies, and be user friendly for my staff. I love the ease of use that that is platform provides. The forms are easy to create and are highly customizable. I would love to do more business with Cognito Forms in the neat future.
