What do you like best about Cognito Forms? It has almost everything I need in a form builder and is easy to use. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms? it sometimes takes a while to load data, especially when you have lots of entries in your form. What problems is Cognito Forms solving and how is that benefiting you? The need for an easy-to-use form tool with robust integration with other services. Because of this tool, we are better able to serve our customers.

Cognito Forms continues to impress me with new features that I can use Enterprise-wide, such as tracking which authenticated user made changes to a form. From a County Government perspective, Cognito Forms has allowed us to generate a variety from simple to complex forms quickly. The filter, sort, and download as an Excel file features, as well as populating a pdf file for a very clean finished form, has given us the flexibility that departments need to work with the form data.
