Outstanding customer service and lead generation software

The main thing that springs to mind is how much time it saves me and my team. Lead sourcing can be time-consuming, but Cognism reduces that time massively and to great effect. Couldn't imagine the team not using Cognism!

Cognism Efficient, simple and optimal tool.

It is a powerful B2B tool for our organization, it is one of the major prospecting software. Its functions are effective in identifying better prospects and communicate with them, increasing the possibility that it will be more likely to buy our products. Makes us fund campaigns with more accurate and actionable data, which is obtained through segmentation advanced technology and automation that greatly helps all work personnel.

Great tool for business development and account management

Cognism is very intuitive and has a wealth of features which can be used in various capacities within our business. I've been able to identify and contact potential leads as well as to check that the information we have on current clients is up to date. Our Account Manager is absolutely great - regularly checks in and provides tips for getting the most out of the system. Really impressed with the customer support received when using Cognism!

The customer support I've received in the first month using Cognism has been amazing. Being the first lead generation tool we've taken on as a company we wanted to see results, which has so far happened using Cognism. Impressed by the quantity of leads in the prospector, the templates that the content team put together, as well as the advice offered on the best sequence to follow.

Great product and fantastic customer service

The features have made identifying and contacting prospective clients faster and easier than the previous, more manual methods we were using. The team's willingness to assist you in meeting your specific goals cannot be understated. This company facilitate unsolicited cold calls for third parties. When challenged they refuse to pass on complaints beyond reception who are quite clearly trained as gate keepers. I will be lodging a GDPR breach complaint today and in the meantime I advise that you steer clear of this unprofessional company!
