I've used Cognism's prospecting tool for a year now and am always super impressed with the level of data Cognism provides. The tool itself is very user-friendly and allows us to seamlessly streamline our campaigns across the team. We have a brilliant Customer Success Manager, Bansi, who is always very helpful in responding to any queries our team may have and provides great suggestions to help us improve our campaigns.

First Class Solution and Service

There are two things I look at when a customer. The actual product and the service around it. Cognism excels in both. As a customer they've met all my requests, needs and even wants. The account management team and service team are top notch. Our rep Adamina is hyper responsive, helpful, and a total delight to work with. The product itself is great and more importantly continues to evolve. Couldn't be happier.

Cognism is our one-stop shop for all things prospecting. It allows us to target specific market segments, as well as filter on email and phone number quality - which allows our sales team to focus on the top leads.

My account manager Sophia is a font of all knowledge and always goes out of her way to help, educate, and make my user experience the best it can be. It's a powerful bit of kit!! It's simple to use after some training and it's always evolving. I like that they included me in beta testing tools.

A highly efficient and simple tool

The tool itself is incredibly easy to use, new features are consistently added which our Customer Success Manager Katie always introduces and explains to us. Cognism Review

Prior to using Cognism, it was a very manual process for us in the business development department when doing our lead generation. Sometimes the data we found wasn't the best and it took up so much of our time which was probably the best thing Cognism solved for us. I like how there are many filters and we can search for our targeted personas and the data is normally great.

Simply excellent!

Cognism is a really easy to use platform and makes searching for prospects a breeze. It gives you the flexibility required to be as precise as required with your searches. Creating multiple personas to work from is a great tool as you can always pick up a similar search in a different area, without having to input everything from scratch.
