This company facilitate unsolicited cold calls for third parties. When challenged they refuse to pass on complaints beyond reception who are quite clearly trained as gate keepers. I will be lodging a GDPR breach complaint today and in the meantime I advise that you steer clear of this unprofessional company!

I selected Cognism due to the ease of data collection and validation for cold calls, and for the email sequencing function. There are almost no companies that do a good job of integrating both areas, but Cognism does. I have to praise the team involved to date - William and Ben led a slick sales process, and Katie has been lovely to deal with, really helpful and fast to respond to every request I've made. Awesome outbound platform - a few more features would make it perfect

The simplicity of pushing generated lists & personas through to outbound campaigns. The value for money is also brilliant when compared to the other options in market. The Customer Success team has also been awesome. They help walk you through the set up, and then go above and beyond after that to help you with best practice, insights and advice.

Despite the capabilities of the cognism system being quite vast the interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. And for those odd occasions where you're not sure what to do, the team at Cognism are always on hand to advise, assist and are thoroughly invested in your success.

Our Customer Success Manager, Sophia Little, was amazing when it came to providing continuous training and insight into getting the most from the tool.
