CX & user adoption is a top priority for Cognism

I wanted to take the opportunity to update my review having initially left a poor one relating to a bad onboarding experience. Cognism, to their credit, have reacted swiftly to address the situation. We have been put back on track to better understand and optimise their platform, which I have no doubt will be amazing. For now, we are working closely with the Cognism team and I am a happy customer.

"Excellent customer service and responsiveness!"

What do you like best about Cognism? Having access to a wide range of contacts and leads. Bansi Kakad in particular has been fantastic with us! What do you dislike about Cognism? Not many at all. Just need to be careful about some contacts with low deliverability on emails/phone numbers. Recommendations to others considering Cognism: Go for it, you won't regret it, it's changed how we do business. What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you? Generating more leads to contact.

"Excellent Account Management and Platform"

What do you like best about Cognism? The platform is easy to use, and my account manager Dan is always on hand to help when I have queries. What do you dislike about Cognism? So far there haven't been any problems so nothing to dislike! What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to increase brand awareness in Europe and grow our customer base. We have received some strong leads and high engagement with our content.

Has cut our prosepcting time down by half

Absolutely incredible customer service far beyond what you would expect from a tech solution provider. Onboarding has been a delight, and Cognism even went as far as to invite us into the office to meet the team and be taught best practise.

Automated sales process

Powerful B2B Tool - Definitely Revolution not Evolution

It joins up our client's Marketing and Sales efforts - allowing them to genuinely work with each other. Cognism's versatility produces data that can be used on major integrated campaigns down to one-off bespoke email shots. The Cognism team are a delight to work with - they are really knowledgeable and helpful.

What do you like best about Cognism? Whilst using the Cognism tool there was nothing I couldn't ask Bansi Kaked. She guided me through everything and nothing was ever too much!
