This company facilitate unsolicited cold calls for third parties. When challenged they refuse to pass on complaints beyond reception who are quite clearly trained as gate keepers. I will be lodging a GDPR breach complaint today and in the meantime I advise that you steer clear of this unprofessional company!

A great sales process, responsive account management and good initial cold call results.

I selected Cognism due to the ease of data collection and validation for cold calls, and for the email sequencing function. There are almost no companies that do a good job of integrating both areas, but Cognism does. I have to praise the team involved to date - William and Ben led a slick sales process, and Katie has been lovely to deal with, really helpful and fast to respond to every request I've made. Best prospecting tool ever

Cognism is was very targeted prospecting tool that has truly helped us with lead generation. They have gotten us connections with some really large scale quality SaaS companies that have turned into fruitful partnerships. We value their expertise on global lead generation, communication and finely targeted prospects. Probably THE best in purchasing B2B data

There is so much to like about cognism from the support to the platform everything has been designed perfectly with management and simplicity in mind.The platform is simplstic from the get go and there is little implimentation that you actually need.The guys at cognism have been more than supportive and your wins become your account managers too. Awesome outbound platform - a few more features would make it perfect

The simplicity of pushing generated lists & personas through to outbound campaigns. The value for money is also brilliant when compared to the other options in market. The Customer Success team has also been awesome. They help walk you through the set up, and then go above and beyond after that to help you with best practice, insights and advice.

High quality resource with superb customer care.

On-demand and Effective Technical support

Our Customer Success Manager, Sophia Little, was amazing when it came to providing continuous training and insight into getting the most from the tool. She met with our team regularly and gave direct, but understandable answers to all our questions. The software itself has saved us time and effort as an outbound sales team, enabling us to target several markets at once.
