What do you like best about Cognism? Whilst using the Cognism tool there was nothing I couldn't ask Bansi Kaked. She guided me through everything and nothing was ever too much! Our Customer Success Manager Archana is brilliant - her onboarding sessions were seamless and I felt that she was really demonstrating how Cognism would be beneficial to SalesWorks. On an ongoing basis, she checks in regularly and is always willing to help with any specific queries. We have experienced that Cognism is a really effective but still easy-to-use tool for everyday use.
Wide range of data around the world. If data is somehow in low quality, I get easily help from support. I also appreciate follow up calls with customer success. Overall really good customer service from the start.

Superb Product
I was introduced to Cognism by a friend who was using it at the time. I booked a demo in through their site and I was impressed from the word go. I signed up 24hrs later so that I could get started. Their onboarding process is great and its really simple to get your head around. It's really easy to use from a search, campaign and integration point of view. "One of the best email marketing tools"
What do you like best about Cognism? A lot of scope for specific targeting and full control over the messaging you are sending out in a sequence. What do you dislike about Cognism? Some of the newer additions are a bit clunky - the email replies and opened emails section on the dashboard deserve their own section. Also, it would be good to be able to sort by campaign and date, to see replies in order. We still have to track this manually. What problems is Cognism solving and how is that ...

What do you like best about Cognism? The platform is easy to navigate and intuitive. The data is some of the best I ahve used particularly for specific job titles. "Love Cognism as a platform as well as a serivce."
What do you like best about Cognism? We like the data and insights that are provided by Cognism. How the platform continually has updates and improvements. Our CSM, Sam was the main reason when updating our contract that we boosted our agreement to ensure we still had her support. What do you dislike about Cognism? Would be great to gain better data outside US and UK. What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching a large number quickly and without much effort.
