What do you like best about Cognism? Easy to use and from a sales ops view, being able to upload CSV files for ABM campaigns. What do you dislike about Cognism? Sometimes it's hard to find smaller companies in the SMB segment, as well as the technologies filter isn't to accurate What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us prospect companies and contacts way faster than we previously have with other softwares

Easy to use and valuable insights
The platform was really easy to integrate and there was plenty of help on hand during this process. The platform gives valuable insights and I envision a good ROI. The only thing which could be improved is the intent interface which is in the process of being re-vamped anyway.

What do you like best about Cognism? Chrome extension is really super useful when prospecting. The Diamond verify tool is also great to get verified mobile numbers. What do you dislike about Cognism? What do you like best about Cognism? I like how easy it is to use the tool to search for accounts and contact information. What do you dislike about Cognism? The fact that you are still being charged credits for contacts without the email addresses if you redeem them from a list. What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly account search - to expand our target accounts lists. On top of that, we also use to search for contact information.
