Early days, but impressed so far

We've just got access to the platform and so far, after an initial batch of confusion about who should be the point of contact at our company, the experience has been faultless. Excellent onboarding, follow ups as promised and initial navigation of the platform seems as shown, clear, simple to use and a vast amount of data for us to utilise. Very impressed so far.

What do you like best about Cognism? Good data to start with :) Easy interface and very reactive and helpful team ! What do you dislike about Cognism? Maybe the only thing I could dislike is that you can only select 25 per 25 contacts, or page by page. What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you? We were facing poor data when prospecting which is a waste of time in the efficiency of our BDR team. With correct data, we get the right people faster.

I like that once a cognism campaign is set up, it will automatically do all the heavy lifting for you during the prospecting stage whilst you can focus on closing or meeting other demands of your business. It can take some time to understand how to make the most use out of cognism especially as there are no online help tutorials (eg creating a list or creating a campaign) . Love the Linkedin app What do you dislike about Cognism? 1.No options for lower value top ups. 2.No option to accurately obtain a count of data before purchasing. Its simplicity and its highly powerful search tools and the web browser plugins What do you dislike about Cognism? sometimes it is hard to distinguish between roles however this is more company based than cognism based What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing me to find decision-makers when gatekeepers and company policy make it hard to reach them
