What do you like best about CodeSignal? CodeSignal has minimized the amount of time our team spends on assessing candidates' programming skills. It's easy to use and the candidates seem to enjoy it as well. The plagiarism detector and playback are great features that have proven to be quite useful. CodeSignal's extensive library of tests/questions has been great to use and when we want to implement custom questions, their team works on getting these implemented. What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about CodeSignal? There is a lot of technical questions that are generic and available for multiple languages. What do you dislike about CodeSignal? Lack of NodeJS specific question that could be used to know if a potential candidate is an expert in it or not. What problems is CodeSignal solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about CodeSignal? CodeSignal is very easy to use, super fast to get started with and has saved our recruiting team countless hours since we've implemented it. What I like the most is the ability to put the assessments at the very top of the funnel and find candidates we wouldn't have considered otherwise. What do you like best about CodeSignal? The assessment platform is phenomenal. Generates a very accurate signal for skills especially with new grad candidates. I've also used it with more senior candidates and it can work well there too. What do you dislike about CodeSignal? Expanding to information security and system design would be a great addition.
