"Codesignal review"

What do you like best about CodeSignal? I like that it is algorithmic and you can send past scores. What do you dislike about CodeSignal? That sometimes if you choose to take the test for a particular company, that score will be sent to all the other companies requesting test scores. What problems is CodeSignal solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping me become a better software engineer.

"An amazing technical screening tool"

What do you like best about CodeSignal? The detailed feedback you get on the different aspects of the candidate's technical aptitude. It's not just a simple "did they pass this test case or not" What do you dislike about CodeSignal? I wish there was a more robust way to combat restricting candidates to one potentially bad result for 14 days. What problems is CodeSignal solving and how is that benefiting you? Scalably reaching a wider net of technical talent and assessing that talent in a ...

"Annoying and inconsistent"

What do you like best about CodeSignal? Being able to share with different companies. What do you dislike about CodeSignal? Trying to standardize coding assessments by allowing candidates ...

The friendly UI, the research put in to provide a fair experience for both candidates and employers… is top tier. What do you dislike about CodeSignal? The downsides of using CodeSignal is that the number of problems you have to do for the assessment. Completing four questions in one sitting is a lot of brain power being expended. What problems is CodeSignal ...

"The User Interface is quite inviting and encouraging when practicing questions for interview."

What do you like best about CodeSignal? The point system for the arcade. I enjoy trying to answer each level, be it for intro. The level system where each is unlocked once you complete the problems for the particular level. What do you dislike about CodeSignal? The only issue I have had thus far is trying to consolidate two different Codesignal accounts. One is where I initially opened Codesignal after being sent a link for a company assessment, while the other I had for interview ...

"nice learning environment"

What do you like best about CodeSignal? I love the practice interview questions. The ide is also super clean and I like that let's me jump across questions but keeps track of which has been submitted. What do you dislike about CodeSignal? I don't think that the scoring is easy to interpret in a way that helps you program better as it seems that you can increase your scoring by merely following some strategic guidelines. What problems is CodeSignal solving and how is that benefiting you? I ...
