What do you like best about COATS? Provides the basic necessities needed for an ATS. It’s a good cost effective option for companies that are in start-up mode or don’t have the capacity to invest too much into an ATS. What do you dislike about COATS? The program layout is clunky. "Super slow "

What do you like best about COATS? I like that it holds all the information in one place. What do you dislike about COATS? It is very buggy and very slow. Constant error codes and having to wait for it to reload. You'll type something and 30 seconds later it will show up on the screen. Recommendations to others considering COATS: Bested used in small applications not large scale. What problems is COATS solving and how is that benefiting you? managing files and employee information

What do you like best about COATS? I can personalize my home screen. I change the font and where certain screens are. What do you dislike about COATS? Sometimes it moves extremely slow, and it freezes a lot. What problems is COATS solving and how is that benefiting you? It is super helpful with payroll and pulling reports on employees.
