Simple yet powerful with a few issues

What do you like best? I like that the software encompasses all parts and items of construction accounting. The software allows you to enter whatever information you'd like and will highlight red if it is incorrect. Other programs will not let you input information due to the settings - but many times there are exceptions! What do you dislike? Solid but Clunky

What do you like best? CMiC allows for the capturing of data in a rigid format, meaning you won't miss/lose important pieces of information. If you have someone who is skilled in software integration, you can set up a system that writes strong, consistent subcontracts. What do you dislike? It is often difficult to drill down the information you need and has a steep learning curve. The rigidity also makes it difficult to integrate with other software. What do you like best? It has tons of options and functionality all bundled into a single solution. What do you dislike? It would take months or years to implement and it does not cover some of the US requirements around payroll\hr. What do you like best? For my purposes, it is easy to access. I use it to pay invoices, and it's relatively simple to input data. What do you like best? CMIC is a great software to track clients, design firms, owners, and subcontractors. It is great that everything is linked from meeting minutes to subcontracts. I also like that you can jump between multiple jobs at once. What do you dislike? Very outdated but easy to use.

What do you like best? I like that it's very easy to use, simple and straight forward however it seems like its very outdated. Makes a nice template for sending out RFI, submittals and tracking transmittal. What do you dislike? You need java for it and it crashes very often on you.
