Great membership
What do you like best? The diverse features offered for the low price! What do you dislike? I HATE that it doesn't auto-format. A phone number could show up at 8882215555 or 888-221-5555 or (888)2215555. Auto format. If somebody joins and puts all caps, auto format it to for them!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A complete membership platform all in one.

Very robust; not so easy to use
What do you like best? The best feature of CE is that if something were to happen to me, my genealogy society would have all the records available to them. We have 9 people on our board, but I am the one tasked with making sure we have a newsletter, email reminders, presentation documents, and a calendar. What do you like best? I am able to easily send emails to customers, design weekly communication tools, invoice and credit using a few steps. I also find the document management process to be easy. What do you dislike? I cannot customize my links and managing the customer view portion is complicated. A bit antiquated and not that easy to use
What do you like best? Nice approach to non-profits and topic organizations with basic tools for setting up a website, however the functions and layouts are a bit out of date. If you don't really want to put effort into your site design and just have some basic tools, it's probably not that bad.
