53 yr old club of about 250 active members
What do you like best? We use ClubExpress to register names and collect fees for races, symposiums, and outings. The information is then easy to gather for accounting and for projecting spending from year to year. What do you dislike? Other than keeping up with normal updates (many administrators use the site 4 times a year), we get feedback on using the calendar. It has improved, yet people still want to share it with other digital calendars. Recommendations to others considering ...

Good Overall Solution for Groups Needing a Website
What do you like best? The well thought out and effective canned pages that also have the ability to be modified relatively easily to a specific club's needs. What do you dislike? Changes that are made the make it more difficult or time consuming to add emails or edit pages. Recent updates have caused us to use more steps to accomplish simple tasks, especially with email and events. Editors used are clunky and don't provide an auto-save feature. I find myself constantly saving and then ...

Lots of features, but doesn't look pretty
What do you like best? Capabilities for running a club or association - membership signup, mass emails, dues and fees. What do you dislike? Very old interface, clunky, not always intuitive. Designing the front end website is extremely limited - it's how things were 10 years ago. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure it meets your needs before getting into it. It is management intensive with a steep learning curve. Front end design is extremely limited. ...

Things seem to have worked okay.
What do you like best? The package seems to cover most situations that were likely to arise. We haven't yet gotten very far in implementation What do you dislike? This may sound silly, but the constant upgrades were hard to keep up with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're too young a group to answer this.
