The support is great, but the platform is old and complicated/antiquated for most of our users...
What do you like best? The support is great...they can always answer questions and fix problems. The site does everything we need it to do, but it is unwieldy on the back end. What do you dislike? I need help with the content, and unfortunately most of my "help" won't learn it...it is complicated. Even my web staff hate it. Nice Product, but......
What do you like best? Club Express does many things for you. That's both good and bad.When you have a comprehensive system like Club Express, it is complicated, especially for the casual user. What do you like best? We can keep all our contact information on the site until we delete it. Easy to have info in one place. What do you dislike? Great Platform for membership
What do you like best? That there are many features that allow us to do many things from one platform. We were able to get rid of dropbox, mailchimp and our old stand alone membership program. Great Application for All kinds of Clubs
What do you like best? I really like the flexibility of the online app and it works great for multiple applications, wether you're a Ski club with 10 members of a Chess club with 200 members, this will work great on all fronts.
