What do you like best? ClubExpress helps our group send out emails about upcoming events, club news, and member updates with a central location to send and catalog our messages. What do you dislike? Updates (i.e. email format) can be cumbersome for some of the club's coordinators with minimum technology expertise. Changed our club for the better!
What do you like best? We're a small club of about 60 members and before Club Express our communication was dismal...group e-mails and distribution lists. With Club Express as our new information hub, we're able to share documents, calendar, process payments, communicate with forums...and that's just the beginning. Implementing Club Express was the best things we've done in a long while to improve our club. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything we dislike about Club Express. ...

Love the product!
What do you like best? The ease of use for our members and the usage of all of the things we need in one product. What do you dislike? Editing the pages can be challenging on the homepage and some other pages. Creating newsletters and uploading pictures can be a challenge. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All things in one place: check-in, membership database, documents, etc.

What do you like best? I like that membership management and communications is in the same portal. What do you dislike? It is not intuitive to send emails and we lack a lot of customization for our needs; we would also like better data management and developer tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ClubExpress tech support is always timely, but most of the problems are not solved due to the structure of CE itself.

Works great fo Navy League Council!
What do you like best? The most important feature was that it enabled us to have one database and email list for our newsletter, emails and membership dues. The calendar function is great and easy to use and is integrated with our reservation system which makes our monthly meeting management much easier. What do you like best? ClubExpress integrates membership management, event planning, payments, email, and more. What do you dislike? The interface is not completely intuitive and the design of the user-facing sites is not up-to-date. Solid platform, but not very responsive to customer requests for improvements.
What do you like best? Bulletproof database and excellent suite of core functionality. What do you dislike? The support is great, but the platform is old and complicated/antiquated for most of our users...
What do you like best? The support is great...they can always answer questions and fix problems. The site does everything we need it to do, but it is unwieldy on the back end. What do you dislike? I need help with the content, and unfortunately most of my "help" won't learn it...it is complicated. Even my web staff hate it. Nice Product, but......
What do you like best? Club Express does many things for you. That's both good and bad.When you have a comprehensive system like Club Express, it is complicated, especially for the casual user. What do you dislike? I really wish they would integrate with Square. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We drive membership and mailings through CE.
