There's a learning curve but it's worth it

ClubExpress was the Answer for Us!
What do you like best? ClubExpress makes it simple to update our website, manage RSVPs to events and track our membership. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike about ClubExpress. The initial setup was a little rough, but they have great online reference resources and telephone support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great product for a niche market
What do you like best? Cluib Express is a great product for the village platform. Incorporating all the necessary components to be successful. We were able to set up a user to have administrative coordinator access so we were able to delegate the management of the system to them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy login after signup or approval. Incorporation with PayPal. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that I can do everything from the website. Anything from sending emails to printing reports. I can keep track of all of the Chamber's members at the touch of my hand. Comprehensive Web Experience for Club Management
What do you like best? Easy to manage most club functions. Many reports available for administrative and management functions. What do you dislike? Email communications are a little clunky, fees for credit transactions are steep What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Member tracking, event tracking, billing, and general communications are all easily handled with Club Express.

Robust Website with Good but not Great Interface
What do you like best? Feature set. I can handle most of my member management from the website. As treasurer, the site handles billing and credit card payments fairly adroitly. I'd like some more ability to add features (for example, we offer discounted subscriptions, and some escrow management would be very helpful, but is not available). What do you dislike? It does a lot, including sending out email blasts, offering a Forum, offering places to keep information (which are deeply hidden and, therefore, hard to find and useful only to those who are really experienced with computer programs).
